For awhile now I have been a big promoter of doing things more simply, and last week I took a little getaway with my parents my kids. Ever heard of beautiful Nauvoo, Illinois? My aunt and uncle live there and its a historic town filled with time period shops, museums and sites.
My kids love the pioneer time period and for a few days we experienced a different ways to live. Thank you to Grandma for the beautiful homemade pioneer dresses!
