I love to graze throughout the day and will avoid these 20 worst foods, but what about the foods that we definitely want to include in our diets?
Here they are; the 20 Best Superfoods for losing weight and staying healthy. I thought the list looked pretty reasonable and we do pretty well with most of them. There was one item on the list that I will not eat; no matter how healthy and wonderful it claims to be. Never. Ever. Can you guess which one?
