We are still reading our way through the wonderful American Girl Series. My teacher colleague, Kathy, let me know about a free American Girl event happening at Michael's craft stores on Saturday between 10-2. Kids will get the chance to decorate doll T-shirts and purses. We will be there! I am all for anything additional to help tie together and strengthen what we are reading and learning.
