The Des Moines Playhouse has their Friday Funday schedule out. The plays are geared for ages 4-6. Shows are on Fridays at 9:30, 10:30, and 1:30 and tickets are $5. I have been to a couple of these with my kindergarten classes and my own children. I am all for exposing children to live theater and the performing arts and these plays are ok for that purpose .
